FU play at Roskilde Festival

Hey just a quick note for the festival goers. Family Underground will be rocking and bopping the Mayhem produced stage at http://www.roskilde-festival.dk/
The show will be a blast and takes place 1st of July so come over and bang your head slowly...
Back from a good and productive week in Finland playing at the great and well organized Himera Festival in Turku. Here we got to bump heads with Fursaxa, Graham Lambkin, Paul Labreque and the highly energetic sax player Mette Rasmussen among many others. 

 Our 2 day workshop, ''D7 Sessions'' in Oranssi, Helsinki, went really well with good participation and some worthwhile jams. This will be a thing for future endeavors in other places.
And we ended up the week of shows in Pori with a late rainy Sunday afternoon in the company of Fursaxa, Alan Wilkinson and Janne Tuomi.

Slooow book release

Its with great honour that we announce the release of ''Mellow my mind, a Sloow Tapes discography'' a book/anthology by writer/poet/musicmaker and friend, Bart de Paepe.

The book is dedicated to former FU member Jesper Hedegaard R.I.P.

FU Finland shows

Family Underground will spread their wings over Finland this coming May with some shows in Turku at Himera Festival On the 14. Of May.

FU collab at PS 1 MOMA

Hey NYC people and visitors go see the feature length film "Architecture of an Atom" by the artist Juliacks that FU has contributed music and sound for. Its a booklaunch and screening on April 10 at MOMA PS 1 here's a link.

Hey a little bit of news here from the other side. Timeless Reality our rock trio proper will be illuminating the highways of Europe for a short spell between the 25th of February to the 5th of March.

Rare Blood - Nicolas from FU played a great little concert this Saturday opening for Richard Youngs the night was a sweet confusion.
